Louis C. Knox has successfully worked on short and long-term projects performing paralegal, administrative, office management, and business consulting services for law firms, corporations, and nonprofits for more than 30 years. He has undertaken legal research and writing assignments, consulted on nonprofit incorporation, board development and training, and strategic planning.
Louis is an experienced contract compliance officer, nonprofit grant writer, project manager, and board member serving on several nonprofit boards throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
for more than 25 years. Louis holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law (’91) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles (’87).
Louis provides estate planning, probate, and trust administration support and paralegal services, mobile notary, apostille, and drafting services. We come to you to handle your notarial needs. Louis is a bonded and insured mobile Notary with more than a 11-years’ experience serving Bay Area clients and communities. Louis is in the process of qualifying as a loan closing agent and immigration specialists. He will be listing those services here. For 20 years, Louis and his family have called Oakland home.
Louis supports businesses, attorneys, paralegals, families, and individuals who need help in aforementioned areas. He is also a personal organization coach.
