Our story starts in the Bay Area. Louis C. Knox, JD started with a mission to fulfill people’s notarial needs with accurate execution and quality work. He began this work in 2011 when he became a notary for Blacksburg Law. Given the need for convenient notary services, he decided to create a solution.

Louis provides mobile notary, apostille, and loan closing services. This means we will travel to you to process your notarial needs. Louis is a bonded and insured mobile Notary with more than 11 years of extensive background in serving the Bay Area communities. For more than 20 years, he has called Oakland home.
